The St. Louis County Department of Human Services seeks a Director in the Community Development division to be responsible for the management and coordination of the federally funded Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program and all related aspects of grant administration, compliance, and monitoring.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree preferred. Candidate should also have four years of professional work experience related to the HUD CDBG and/or CDBG-DR programs, or an equivalent of training and experience.
Candidates must possess a working knowledge of federal grant programs, specifically HUD and/or CDBG grant programs, including related statutes, regulations, policies, and processes.
